Two Years in Two Minutes - We are Back

And by "we," I mean..just me.  I haven't written a post on this blog since November of 2012.  To celebrate the two year anniversary of not writing on this blog, I decided to bring all three of my readers this special post.  It's called two years in two minutes, and it re-hashes our old topics.  I am sorry that you haven't been able to Koreanvent yourself since 2012, but better late than never.

Phones - I upgraded to an iPhone 5, then an iPhone 6.  Won't bore you with the details, it's the same phone, just bigger and faster.  I still just check the same 4 apps: mail, Clash of Clans, the train tracker, and Slickdeals.

Computers - Well this has been the biggest change.  The last time you heard from me, we had an entry level Hackintosh with budget-minded parts.  We now have Blue Chainz, aka Lord of the...I call him Blue Chainz.  Same motherboard and CPU, but new goodies. I'll show this at the end so I can keep this under 2 minutes.

Keyboards - I've become addicted to mechanical keyboards. If you spend more than a few hours a day typing, then why not treat your fingers to some luxury class ish? My brand of choice is Ducky, a Taiwanese brand that makes high quality keyboards.  I have a Ducky Shine Zero, and a Ducky Shine 3.  Shine 3 has a DIP switch on the bottom so it works well with a Mac.  Photos later.

Other - Got a PS4, I will teach you how to steam ish from your computer through your PS4 because the jerks at Sony got rid of the feature to stream media from the Playstation (like you could with a PS3).  Also use cTivo to record stuff from our Tivo to Blue Chainz.  What else do you want to know? I haven't read a book since the last time I blogged, and I wasn't reading back then either.  I'll consider getting a little more active with this blog in 2015. Or maybe I'll make you wait until 2016.  Only time will tell. Until that time comes, Koreanvent yourself.

This photo is actually old, it's much cooler looking now with a lot of other sweet ish.  I just haven't had time to do a proper photoshoot.
